Our Mission
Mind Over Mango is all about helping those who need it most. In our case, our platform is focused on protecting animals and the planet. However, we can’t do it alone. Which is exactly why we have made it a part of our mission to contribute back a portion of our profits to charity.
How We Do It
Each month, we donate 15% of our profits from affiliate sales and partnerships to charity. We are currently focused on three different charities that we feel are in line with our mission: The Humane Society, Charity: Water, and the World Wildlife Fund. We donate to these charities on a rotating basis. Therefore, each organization will receive 4 months worth of donations every year from Mind Over Mango and our readers.
Just as the African proverb states, “It takes a village to raise a child”. Our ability to be able to donate to charity is in thanks to our dedicated readers and followers. Without your contributions to supporting Mind Over Mango through affiliate link sales and company partnerships, we would not be able to achieve our goals to the same magnitude.

Are you a Registered Charity?
Right now, we’re trying to start small. Our goal is to expand and donate to more charities each year as we grow. With that said, we are always open to hearing from registered charities who are equally as invested in our mission as we are.
We do in depth research of each charity we have chosen on Mind Over Mango. There are numerous large scale (and small scale) charities that continue to deceive the public. We’re not about that. This is why we conduct extensive research of each organization. We want to ensure that our loyal readers’ donations are going to causes that are transparent and actively fostering change in the world.
Guidelines to Partner with Mind Over Mango
All charities must meet certain criteria to partner with us on Mind Over Mango. Check out the following guidelines to see if your charity qualifies for partnership:
What We Are Looking For
- Your charity must be a registered IRC §501(c)(3)
- You are registered as a non-profit.
- Your charity must directly relate to our mission through either animal welfare and/or planet conservation.
- Your charity must have a proven track record of impactful contributions through either animal welfare and/or planet conservation.
What We Aren't Looking For
- "Charities" that do not release financial documents and proof of their contributions.
- "Charities" that lie, cheat, and deceive the public and harm animals or the planet.
- Charities that do not directly support our mission.
Do you Meet Our Criteria?
If your charity meets our criteria for partnership, we are interested to hear from you! Please note that meeting our criteria does not automatically result in a partnership. We must conduct extensive research once we hear from your charity before moving forward with the process.
