Self Assessment Test
You’ll start off the course by taking a self-assessment test to determine the root cause of your skin ailments. After completing the simple (yet targeted) self-assessment, you’ll be able to review your results. If you’re like me, there isn’t one cut and dry reason your skin has been misbehaving. In fact, there may be multiple “trigger areas” regarding your troubled skin. These results will include your main trigger area, followed by your secondary trigger area. You’ll also receive in-depth descriptions regarding all potential trigger areas mentioned in the course.
The results of the course confirmed my longtime suspicions as to what was causing my severe acne breakouts. That confirmation alone felt like a weight lifted off of my shoulders. Now I could finally begin to take the first steps to appropriately target my acne in the right ways.
5 Video Tutorials
If you’re a visual learner, then you’re in luck. The 5 Day Course contains over 40 minutes of video content. One part of the course that I was particularly excited about is the downloadable PDF documents you get with each day’s video. Content includes recaps of the video along with other supplemental information to help further your understanding of new habits.
Each day there are also journaling exercises too, which you can print out and jot down your thoughts and ideas based on the prompts. The journaling aspect is especially critical because it truly helps to narrow down your thoughts and feelings to create a clear path for your future skin (pun intended). I printed out my PDF documents and compiled them into a special “skincare journey” binder that I can easily refer to whenever I need it.

A few inexpensive materials will be required for you to practice several of the habits. A list is provided at the beginning of the course. Two of the habits do not require any additional materials.

Does it Work?
This course has truly done wonders for my skin, even in the early stages. However, it took me a lot of discipline to change my bad habits to form new and healthy ones. The Skin Problem-Solver course discussed two topics in particular that really struck a chord with me, and that’s how stress and diet can negatively affect our skin. While this may seem obvious, there is much more beneath the surface than the vast majority of us realize. This is one reason the course is so beneficial. It digs much deeper than the hear-say and public internet knowledge you may have read about in the past.
This course came at a time where my skin was under extreme stress. My acne breakouts were progressively worsening.
